Our Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Pointedstudio Tree Service wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use pointedstudio.garden. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Where We Aim
We try to make this site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Need Another Way In?
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@pointedstudio.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@pointedstudio.garden and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
